At QUANTUMQUICK SHOP (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice).

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Mandatory Unboxing Video)

We take great care in packing your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us immediately.

IMPORTANT: To claim a refund or replacement for missing or damaged items, you must provide an unboxing video.

  • The video should clearly show the package label and the condition of the package before opening.
  • The video must be continuous and unedited.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us:

Please include your Order ID and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking).
  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at quantumquick.in@gmail.com.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse your shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect).
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., size issue, didn’t like the color), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the product has been shipped, the cancellation request cannot be processed, and the standard return policy will apply.
