At QUANTUMQUICK SHOP (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible, and therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
1. Cancellation by the Customer
You can cancel your order depending on its shipping status:

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of placing the order). If the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we will accept the cancellation and refund the entire amount.

How to Cancel: You can cancel directly through your “My Orders” page on the website, or by contacting our customer support at +91 9110032689 or emailing quantumquick.in@gmail.com with your Order ID.

After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped/dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it immediately. In such cases:

You may refuse to accept the delivery when the courier partner attempts to deliver.

Alternatively, you can accept the package and initiate a return as per our Refund and Returns Policy.

Note: If you refuse delivery for a prepaid order, the refund will be processed only after the shipment is returned to us by the courier partner.

2. Cancellation by QUANTUMQUICK SHOP
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:

Limitations on quantities available for purchase: If the item is out of stock.

Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.

Issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department: We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Non-Serviceable Address: If our courier partners do not service your pin code.
If your order is cancelled by us after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
3. Refund Policy for Cancellations

Prepaid Orders: If you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, the refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours. The amount will reflect in your bank account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, since no payment has been made, no refund is required. However, we appreciate if you inform us about the cancellation to save us shipping costs.
