At QUANTUMQUICK SHOP (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier strikes, bad weather, or public holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Courier Partners:

  • We use reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and India Post to ensure safe delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available for most locations in India. However, some pin codes may not be serviceable for COD due to courier limitations.

  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if the pin code is unserviceable or if the contact details provided are invalid.

2. International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship outside of India.

3. Returns Policy (Summary)

Return Window:

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Mandatory Unboxing Video:

  • IMPORTANT: To claim a return for a damaged, defective, or missing product, you MUST provide an unboxing video.

     

  • The video should clearly show the package label and the opening process without any cuts or edits.

     

  • Without an unboxing video, we cannot process claims for missing or damaged items.

     

How to Return:

 

  1. Contact us at quantumquick.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9110032689 with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available).

  3. If reverse pickup is not available for your pin code, you will be requested to self-ship the item to our warehouse. We will reimburse standard shipping charges (up to ₹100) in such cases.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

QUANTUMQUICK SHOP (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
